Why we built Hailz.
Pakistani drivers were working 12-hour days and handing 20–25% of every fare to platforms that understood little about local roads, language, or life. We thought that was wrong.
So we flipped the model: a flat Rs 200 a day for unlimited rides, 0% commission — drivers keep 100% of every fare, and new drivers get their first 8 weeks free. Predictable cost for drivers, fair fares for riders.

Hailz was born from a simple observation: drivers were working 12-hour days but keeping only 75–80% of what they earned. The rest went to platforms that knew little about local conditions, language, or culture. We asked one question — what if drivers could keep everything?
After months of working directly with drivers in Lahore, we launched Hailz on a flat-fee model: Rs 200 a day, unlimited rides, 0% commission. Predictable cost for drivers, every rupee of every fare staying where it belongs.
We're still early — focused on getting Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi right before going further. The mission never changes: empower every Pakistani driver, and make fair rides available to every rider.
