Hailz was born from a simple observation: Pakistani drivers were working 12-hour days but keeping only 75–80% of what they earned. The rest went to international platforms that understood little about local conditions, language, or culture.
Our founders — a team of Pakistani entrepreneurs and tech professionals — decided to challenge this status quo. The question we asked was simple: "What if drivers could keep everything they earn?"
After months of research, testing, and working directly with drivers in Lahore and Karachi, we launched Hailz as Pakistan's first zero-commission ride platform. The subscription model was the answer — predictable cost for drivers, zero commission on every ride.
Today, we serve three major cities and are rapidly expanding. Our mission is unchanged: to empower every Pakistani driver and make transportation affordable and accessible for every rider.
